shoe-ting stars, hope and harmony...

I dream a lot about shoes

and red shoes seem to crop up

frequently here and there,

shooting stars

are arcing carriers

of our hopes for harmony and peace...

I am in the throes

of carving out a new studio space

in what we have called

the "dead zone" for many years

bringing life and good feng shui

into this wonderful multi-windowed space...

sharing new collaged canvases here

made from these ephemeral elements:

ledger pages, Tibetan paper, French and Italian text,

vintage dictionary pages, music, wallpaper,

flaming heart prints and a small bag of super eb goodies

(shelf fungi, stripey rocks, rose petals,

turquoise and coral beads, etc.,)...
