we have been practicing pigeon
and other hip opening postures
last Tuesday after class I walked the labyrinth
at the Sanctuary
and I had the sensation
this is a good thing
and listening to lots of Wah!

wow...I could use some hip opening exercises myself....
maybe I need to get back to my yoga classes instead of spending so much time on my computer !

hips breathing ...that sounds soooo marvelous...we sure do keep a lot of tension there as women. releasing that sounds so good.

hips are my nemesis...and of course we should always pay attention to our nemesis's (??) Am adding Wah! to Pandora.
