Snow Queens, Party Animals, the Polar Parade...
and WELCOME TO THE BLOGLANDIA POLAR FESTIVAL!!!
oh look a parade - a Polar Parade...

and may I introduce my Lulu - THE party animal - she knows how to dance...
and do help your self to refreshments...
spanikopita, spring rolls, coconut shrimp?
we can swish, sway and sashay - here at the Polar party...
here in this golden light...
and look! here comes another Snow Queen - is she bowing or bowling?
let's meet at the Polar altar - save me a Klondike?
look out that the Party Animal doesn't get one - no chocolate Lulu!
oh look the Polar Parade is passing by again!
and the Snow Queen has a treat for The Party Animals - well the feline ones...
oh what fun - let's dance!
and continue the Polar Parade with our friends:

Wow! I wish I was there! I was sweltering under the heat and humidity of the day over here in Australia until I visited your blog - now I am imagining a sweet chill. It looks like you are having the most gorgeous winter - it doesn't snow here (and I've only experienced snow once - in New Zealand) so the images that you have posted recently are absolutely magical to me. Beautiful and inspiring as always!

Mmm - love this fingerfood - I wish I could share a little with Lulu - what a party animal!
Let's dance~

Lulu looks particularly fetching. I'm sure she enjoys the polar festival. Her sister, Stella, is less adventurous and prefers to spend her winter staring out the window barking at passers by. Love from Lulu's aunt, Liza.

Hi, this is a lot of fun! I have to say my favourite would probably be the spanakopita at this point, because I am soooo sick of the snow, and showelling the snow, and sinking in the snow.... Can you tell I live in Canada?
Is it too late to participate? My friend Julie of the wonderful Land of Lost Luggage said I should send you my contribution - here it is at: http://marayagalleries.blogspot.com/2008/02/brrr.html
hope you like it too
Have good, snowy (NOT!) weekend :-)

I thought I had signed up already? Maybe not. Ice gremlins? Perhaps! I've already posted my contribution so do feel free to come on over and visit.
Anyway, I'm all dolled up, with thermals, and have visited the ice altar and grabbed some drinks and nibbles. Anyone for snow angels? It's a lovely party already. Thanks for hosting!

I just came by to watch the parade, so don't list a link for me! But I want to say how much i enjoyed this, and yes, especially the fact that David is so, so, coo-o-ol he totally matches the Polar theme. Your party looks like such fun, and I would just love to romp with Lulu in the snow! thanks for the invitation!

Now that I can party with everyone I will have a Klondike Bar...it won't break my diet as in will share it with Lulu...don't worry I won't give her the chocolate part only some of the ice cream on the inside. Lulu just told me that if you eat frozen things that they have no calories...she is some smart party animal.
David Bowie planed the colors to fit your post...what a guy.
While I am still here I will have another Klondike Bar...Lulu has been dancing and needs some refreshment...that is my excuse and I am sticking to it :)
Lovely images...I love the colors and your art work. Thank you for this wonderful party. xoxox
